When I add a video to my page via Embed code, I also have a descriptive text below it - and sometimes I refer to the video with timestamp position. For example "Demonstration on how to [blah blah] on 20:34.

The problem is, the users need to manually go to that position.

In a longform video (5 hours), its very difficult to go to that exact point in time.

You can see this in action in youtube comment section - when you press 3:45 it goes there in the video.
